Health & Nutrition

Starting an organic farm and CSA led us on a health and nutrition journey that we never expected.  While we are not experts by any means, we have read quite a bit and been to not a few conferences, seminars, talks and workshops on a wide range of subjects that all come down to producing and eating the healthiest food possible.  We feel strongly about regaining and maintaining the health of our family now and for future generations.  The choices we make as parents, farmers and consumers affect our children and the wider community. 

Many of those who meet us or visit the farm ask us about food, health and nutrition.  We are happy to share what we've learned.  This page is to provide links to resources to further your research as you explore these subjects as well.
